You’ve had the same logo and business card design for years – why do you need to spend money getting a new one?
Just because you have a logo, business card and a website doesn’t mean that you are effectively making a good first impression. In 2012, a guy by the name of Tim Ash opened his Google webinar with this little bit of information – visitors decide within 2-3 seconds if they want to stay on a website. If the customer doesn’t find what they want right away, they leave almost instantly.
So you have a basic design for your business, but are you retaining visitors?

Now look at your business card. Does it grab someone’s attention? When you hand it to someone, do they say “wow” as they look at it? If not then you’re in trouble. That potential customer will easily forget and “walk by” your business and beeline to the company with the better design.
What about your website? Does it hold people’s attention and give them the information they need right away in an organized fashion?
