Do you always want people to find what they want on your site?1409010_841435801-300x300

The answer is YES if you are Wikipedia or a large knowledge base, because you are in the business of providing answers and relevant information. If you are selling a service, a product or intellectual property, the answer may lean toward NO. A Web site is definitely not the place to spill all of your candy. Why? If visitors go to your site and take the information (or gadgets) and run, thinking that’s all you’ve got to offer, you have lost the opportunity to develop a long-term customer relationship.

Brand well and prosper!
